Campbell Capital Group, LLC was founded in 1999 specializing in the placement of equity capital for new multi-family developments primarily in the Southeast. Campbell Capital Group, LLC has been involved in more than 7,500 luxury apartment units representing in excess of $300 million in equity invested, in developments totaling over $1.5 billion in value. 

Michael J. Campbell is the Founder and Managing Member of Campbell Capital Group, LLC. Prior to starting Campbell Capital Group, LLC, Mike was involved in the development, acquisition and management of multi-family properties with several apartment developers. Mike also worked for First Fidelity Mortgage Corporation originating and placing all types of financing on income properties. Mike began his career in real estate working for Northwestern Mutual Life Company working on Joint Venture, acquisitions and loans. A licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Mike received a Masters in real estate from Georgia State University and an undergraduate degree in BBA-Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
